Looking to feel fit again, build strength purposefully, or simply move with more ease and confidence? I support women (and men) through 1:1 and 2:1 personal training in and around Rosenheim – personalized, body-aware, and pressure-free.
My clients come to me with all kinds of goals. Some want to improve their general fitness, others are returning to training after a longer break and want to feel stable and strong again.

Targeted personal training can also be incredibly helpful during and after pregnancy or later in life – to reconnect with your body and move with more confidence in everyday life.
In a free initial consultation, we’ll meet in person – at your home, at CrossFit Kolbermoor, or outdoors. You’ll get an honest insight into how I work, and I’ll get a better sense of your current situation.
If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule your first movement session, including an assessment. Every session is designed to be as functional as possible – focusing on posture, daily movement, strength, mobility, and body awareness.

I work in the field of fitness and prevention. My services do not replace medical treatment.

Training During & After Pregnancy

Supportive movement for a changing body

Pregnancy and postpartum come with major physical changes – what once felt easy and stable may suddenly feel unfamiliar. During this time, I’ll guide you with customized training that helps you stay active and gradually rebuild trust in your body.

There are no strict rules. Instead, we ask: What’s possible? What feels right for you? What should you pay attention to?

I’ll show you how to modify intensity, what to watch for in movements (e.g. with diastasis recti), and how to gradually return to more structured training – including your favorite sport like CrossFit.

Possible focus areas:
• Core and posture support
• Pelvic floor awareness and control
• Breathing, tension, and load management
• A safe, personalized return to training

You want to feel powerful again – in daily life, during workouts, or just in your body. Maybe you’re chasing a specific goal: your first pull-up, more mobility, 20 solid push-ups, or a cleaner snatch.
Whatever drives you – we start where you are. No pressure. Just a clear plan.

I work exclusively in 1:1 or 2:1 settings, so I can adapt training intensity, provide real-time technique feedback, and tailor each session to your pace and goals – whether you’re just starting or focused on refining specific skills.

Common goals include:
• More energy and endurance in daily life
• Building muscle without overwhelm
• Improving mobility and body awareness
• Returning to training after time off
• Technical progress (e.g. pull-up, handstand, snatch)

Whether you’re returning after a long break, navigating menopause, or training post-55  I’ll help you rebuild trust in your body and feel strong, mobile, and confident again at your own pace.

• Functional strength building
• Confidence in everyday challenges (e.g. squatting, lifting, balance)
