Pregnancy and postpartum come with major physical changes – what once felt easy and stable may suddenly feel unfamiliar. During this time, I’ll guide you with customized training that helps you stay active and gradually rebuild trust in your body.

There are no strict rules. Instead, we ask:
What’s possible? What feels right for you? What should you pay attention to?

I’ll show you how to modify intensity, what to watch for in movements (e.g. with diastasis recti), and how to gradually return to more structured training – including your favorite sport like CrossFit.

Possible focus areas:

  • Core and posture support.
  • Pelvic floor awareness and control.
  • Breathing, tension, and load management.
  • A safe, personalized return to training
